Citrus Arugula Salad with Cacao

Ingredients
  • 3 cups baby arugula, washed and dried
  • 1 blood orange
  • 3 Tbs pumpkin seeds, lightly toasted
  • 1 Tbs flax oil
  • 1 Tbs balsamic vingegar
  • zest 1/4 lemon
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 CHOCHOLISTIC chocolates, finely chopped
Instructions
  1. On a low setting, lightly toast pumpkin seeds until just golden.
  2. Meanwhile, peel and section orange and prepare arugula. Toss lightly with oil, vinegar, lemon zest and salt.
  3. Serve onto salad plates. Top salad with toasted pumpkin seeds and finely chopped CHOCHOLISTIC chocolates for added superfoods and a savory chocolate flavor!
