|Citrus Arugula Salad with Cacao|
- 3 cups baby arugula, washed and dried
- 1 blood orange
- 3 Tbs pumpkin seeds, lightly toasted
- 1 Tbs flax oil
- 1 Tbs balsamic vingegar
- zest 1/4 lemon
- pinch of salt
- 2 CHOCHOLISTIC chocolates, finely chopped
- On a low setting, lightly toast pumpkin seeds until just golden.
- Meanwhile, peel and section orange and prepare arugula. Toss lightly with oil, vinegar, lemon zest and salt.
- Serve onto salad plates. Top salad with toasted pumpkin seeds and finely chopped CHOCHOLISTIC chocolates for added superfoods and a savory chocolate flavor!
