This creamy broccoli recipe packs a ginger kick and is great raw or slightly steamed.
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup raw tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 Tbs grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Blend tahini, lemon, salt and ginger. Pour over chopped broccoli and allow to marinate for 4 hours. Serve once broccoli is softened.
