Spicy Tahini Broccoli Salad Recipe

This creamy broccoli recipe packs a ginger kick and is great raw or slightly steamed.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup raw tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Blend tahini, lemon, salt and ginger. Pour over chopped broccoli and allow to marinate for 4 hours. Serve once broccoli is softened.
