Hey there!

I’m beginning to post once a week – as I find this incredibly helpful when launching my career as a nutrition counselor and working at The Raw Food Institute.

But I’m here today with an incredible collection of photos of what’s been on my plate for the last week. This should serve as some great inspiration for eating healthy, delicious food and experimenting with more vegan and raw dishes!

Enjoy the hump-day food porn (how very appropriate!)

Massaged Kale Salad, Tempeh sticks, on White Kimchi. One of my favorite dinners!
A Sunday morning TREAT. 2 Poached eggs over sprouted bread. Plus some spice savvy seasoning.
The money maker: RAW chocolate coconut putting with chopped walnuts.
RAW Cheezy Kale chips. My newest Addiction.
Let’s not forget JUICE. Green, healing juice to start most mornings. 
Blueberry, almond, and banana ice cream. With an almond topping crunch.
Raw Buckwheat Cereal, with buckwheat, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, almonds, hemp seeds, bananas, and almond mylk. Another crazy good addiction of mine!

Mmm mm. just some of my fun eats. I didn’t take a picture of the Brussel Sprouts for dinner last night. But I think you all know what Brussel Sprouts look like!!

And an end of post favor for all of you:
