Wild Caught vs. Farm Raised Fish

3

Hey Gang!

You guys are all too sweet with the haircut comments– you all like it much more than I do. But it will grow. A lot of you said you’re also picky about your hair, so I’m not alone.

But before I got that snazz-hair cut. I had long golden locks….like in this video, where I discuss why wild caught fish is so much better than farm raised:

If you value a healthy toned bod, your fish should be healthy and toned too. You are what you eat after all!
Enjoy the rest of you weekend and I’ll see you all for Raw Monday!
Do you eat fish? If so, how conscious are you from where it’s coming from?

I try to purchase wild caught salmon. There's also a BIO option here in Germany that I try to get, but from the fattiness, of the salon, I believe it's just fed "non toxic" feed, but is still sitting around in the water. I am still trying to do research on where to find good fish. Great vlog, very informative! Have a good weekend!

When I was pregnant, I ate a tiny bit of salmon here and there, I just needed to keep ANYTHING down. I only gained a tiny bit of weight the entire pregnancy b/c i was sick w/ "morning" all day sickness and fatty fish + protein worked. I cared then where the salmon came from b/c it was going straight into Skylar too. But now, I dont eat fish but if i did i would care where it came from..of course!
